We have known the Casserole restaurant for almost 10 years because we have an apartment at the bottom of the nearest chairlift_. Up until about 3 years

Great food (lots of cheese and potato dishes) and ambience (cellar-like hall and locally produced crockery add to the charm).

I really enjoyed dinner here. Great salad and even petter profiteroles. The service was friendly and good assisted by a lovely Collie Dog.

We had an excellent 70th birthday party for our family group of 10 people. Lovely meal, catering for vegetarians also, plus a beautiful birthday cake tailor mad...

"Few dishes on the menu, but so much the better because they are mastered. I had the sea bream and an excellent dish for the region. We came because another restaurant was closed. Very good surprise"

"I ordered ribs, paid 30 euros and it was burnt! I tried hard to eat, but it was impossible, after I told the waiter he took the food to the chef who confirmed that it was burnt, but said I would have to pay anyway because I ate a big part of the food. I just arrived home and I 'm having a piece of bread and prosciutto, because I didn 't eat anything. I don 't recommend the food, if you still try and they deliver something burnt, don 't eat! Oh... Those french fries aren 't sweet potato, they are regular potato, also burnt. About your reply: Makes sense to talk about my previous reviews, for sure they are the reason to your chief to burn my order. Reading the reviews now, probably he had too much wine while cooking."

"A must do if you are in the region. Do book if you want a table. Very nice restaurant with good service. Went with for my mother's birthday and tried the surprise menu with wine. It was wonderful. My parents loved it as well. Very...fine but unpretentious cuisine. The room is also worth it, super cute. I highly recommend it. Not a stuffy traditional restaurant."
