This mexican style restaurant is not your usual ski resort bar/restaurant. The variety of drinks and food available was a welcome break from the usual standard burgers. Stopped in Jimbo Lolo during the Spartan Race. Lots of people were only having coffee and croissants, and now I get why. I had a salad and my daughter had a kids cheeseburger. Both were just average - nothing to write home about. Service was good, waiter was very friendly and the ambiance was quite nice. Just don't expect fantastic food. read more.
