"This is truly an undiscovered gem of a restaurant in a lovely and lively corner of Porto. Everything was perfect. The husband wife team that runs the restaurant couldn't be better. It is a small but absolutely delicious menu. I have eaten here on several occasions and it is a place I love to bring visiting friends for a truly small, intimate, casual dining experience. They have an excellent wine list and the owner always is ready to make a lovely recommendation that never fails to please."

"We went to Rafa's wine bar with a group of 6 who have all done dozens of tastings throughout California. This was the most informative and eye-opening explanation of how to appreciate wine we've ever had. Rafa broke things down very simply and in a fun relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend."
