been to Ben’s soft pretzels about 10 times and the level of the customer service we have experienced here was amazing. the gm, mary, I think was her name, had expired, nice and totally brilliant. she kept abstention and was actually intrigued about why we were there. they give us recommendations on what to do while we were here. the pulpits were hot and fresh and ingenious. even my 6 year old loved the brezeln. great...
