I reached out to Southwest Fireplace in the search of a fireplace company that would provide good customer service & repair on a Heat-n-Glo fireplace insert
We purchased a grill in 2006 and both times it stopped working (due to minor glitches over the years) the folks at Southwest were always so professional and
I visited this location to get a quote for services and was treated rudely, ignored, and chastised for not knowing more about the history of the fireplace
