Something you cannot make up, but speaking towards Chile’s crisis: I had a cafe americano, an espresso with added hot water. My colleague had an espresso (see photo . When the waiter poured the hot water into my cup, she asked for a drop(! of it into her espresso. “Not possible, unless you pay for an americano, the waiter said.” Seriously...
