Years ago, we used to visit Evelyne and Olivier's restaurant in Maraussan. Then we lost touch. Last week I rediscovered them at the seaside in Valras-Plage: Le Delphinium. Lovely food, beautifully presented. Excellent wine list: the white L'Hortus Grande Cuvee worked for both courses, AND then with Olivier's magic cheese board (not to be missed! . The dining area of the establishment is equipped with chairs / tables, and there's a counter where you can sit down and eat. If the weather conditions are right, you can also be served outside, If you plan to show up with a larger gathering, there is a spacious dining hall.
