"We drove to Valreas seeking Jef Challier, Chocolatier, but when we got to his (former) shop, we learned he quit to become a Professeur. Downhearted, we decided to have lunch and chose Au Delice. Wow, had our luck changed! Of our month and a half...[so far] in Cote D'Azur/Provence, it was one of the finest meals we had, and that's saying a lot. For a relatively small town they certainly have fine dining at their disposal. Not to be missed when you're in the neighborhood!"
