"With great anticipation and expectations of the Reds kitchen with 15 points, we wanted to spend an evening with culinary delights. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and we felt welcome. When ordering we were irritated for the first time, because the menu in the Red only 10Fr. is cheaper than in the Silver. (Silver 18 points and 2 stars) We should have reacted here and switched to the Sivler. We ordered the 10 course menu and were left alone when ordering the wine. On the wine list there is no wine under 150. There is no upper limit for the amounts. No sommelier far and wide. For the prices of the wines and the ambience of the restaurant, this would clearly be a matter of course. The dishes were prepared ok, but we could have gotten that in a restaurant without points. Almost every course was prepared at the table. As a result, we often had to wait a very long time for the next course. So the evening dragged on. The quantities of the individual courses was much too large. Due to this wrong calculation of the quantities and the preparation at the table, a lot of food ended up in the garbage. The employee who cooked at the table regularly carried many leftovers back into the kitchen. Food waste in our time in a high priced restaurant is an absolute no go. I also pay for the food that ends up in the garbage. The service was inattentive. Wine was not refilled and side dishes were forgotten. In addition, one understood the employees very badly, because their German was not good or they mumbled. We would have gladly dispensed with the preparation at the table if the quantities on the plates had been adjusted and the chef had prepared the dishes. So the service staff took over the cooking. The price performance ratio for this 10 course menu was not consistent for us at all. The culinary highlight came at the end. The surprise course was a bratwurst. That after the dessert, which was also just average. We skipped this course because we totally overeat and were disappointed. If you ordered the dishes individually (e.g. 3 courses), the quantities would have been just right. The evening was a big disappointment for us. We spent a lot of money and left the restaurant with some frustration. Once and never again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3"

"We tried different restaurants in Vals over the course of a week: Alpenrose down to earth and warm; Edelweiss traditional and cozy; Pizzeria Rovanada stylish and delicious; Alpina a league of its own. But we were disappointed with the Glenner. Nice service, but food below average considering the prices and the high expectations of the 7132 brand under which Glenner operates. Cordon Bleu dry, burgers conventional and far from the advertised gourmet and dessert ice cream carelessly prepared and strange in taste (ice crystals, probably a bit old). It 's a shame, but there are alternatives in the village."

"Always very good, this time I enjoyed very fine and large pizzas. The staff is absolutely friendly and accommodating and the prices are very moderate. An absolute insider tip it's worth leaving the motorway in Biasca to dine at La Posta."

"It's in a great location and the food is very good. The waiters are friendly and approachable. Unfortunately (on weekends) the occupancy of the tables outside is extremely chaotic and the waiting times for food are long. You wait half an hour standing to have your seat taken away by people who almost jump on each other to be able to sit at a table. We ate with the glasses and placemats of the group that was there previously still there. I strongly recommend reserving seats inside in advance or going away from lunch time (after 2pm)."
