First time visiting and was very happy with the experience. I ordered the reuben and my wife had the southwestern style salad with fresh avocado. Tasty and fresh. The turkey in the salad wad fresh and had a slight smokey flavor and the sandwich was very good. The bread was worth the price alone. I came to learn that the dough is never frozen. What Andrew doesn't like about Big Town Hero:
I was shaking after getting my food from this place. I've been coming to big town hero for 15 years but lately the quality has gone way down hill. The preparation was horrific, everything was just slopped together, the bread was completely soaked and smashed flat and falling apart I had to rebuild them all and they were still gross, they gave us the wrong chips and drink.the sandwiches were made completely different...
