To start, the chips were burnt, the salsa was bland and the bean dip was terrible. Ordered the premium chardonnay and was served the house swill. The server corrected. The fish tacos were mostly breading and did not have much flavor. The rice tasted like it had been in the pan for quite a while and dried out.
