Flavors were lovely, generous portions, and all of the meats that came in the combination pho were delicious, probably the best I've had anywhere. Service is good too, and they have plants and an overall cozy environment which I love. The milk tea I got was very good too. View all feedback.

I am currently on the toilet writing this review because the food I ordered at Cloud 9 made me sick. Although I have to admit it tasted delicious. I will say, the only other time I’ve eaten here, I did not get sick. So maybe the diarrhea is a one time thing? Doesn’t matter to me though, because the service? Absolutely terrible! "Man, I wish they had vegan pizza places like this on the other side of the country. This place just knocks it out of the park. I ordered dinner from them twice while I was in town and both times the food was great. I had the Bianca the Jalapeno Bacon Cheesy bread. The thick style pizza gives you that nice crusty baked cheese and crust on the corners. The toppings were fresh and just the right amount. I couldn't believe how good this was."

"Huge sandwich, big enough to share between two people. Fries are well seasoned and the fry sauce is tasty! Chips that come with the sandwich are made in house and really good too. Easily order at the kiosk, but someone is available to help if needed. The folks who work here are helpful and work hard to fulfill all the pickup/to-go orders as well as serve all the people who eat in. Good place for a decent lunch. Bring your laptop if you wanna work bc they have wi-fi too."
