Jimmy John's - Vancouver

The staff was very friendly, but I made the mistake of ordering the tuna dish, which was absolutely atrocious for any tuna lovers out there. It seemed like they used the lowest quality tuna available. I felt sick after eating it. It seemed like they were cutting corners to save money. Also, they should provide bags for multiple sandwiches. The "Umwich" was not even listed on the menu board, which was confusing. The sandwiches only included cheese, pickles, and mayo, but I assumed there would be more toppings. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and they need to update their menu to avoid misleading customers.

We are all human and I wanted to give this place a shout-out. They are quick and ensure that your order is accurate! I appreciate the patience they show during any mix-ups.

They have a sign that says "mama approved," but not for pregnant mothers. They refuse to heat their meat for pregnant women, citing it as against social policy. The only options available for pregnant women are their pre-packaged items or a tuna sandwich. The tuna fish was decent, but I wished they could have heated the meat for a different sandwich. Overall, not recommended for pregnant women, and they should consider removing the misleading "mama approved" sign.

I wish I could give zero stars if possible. but 1 star will have to be enough. first the two young ladies (the young hispanic without a hint on the world, and the other I would say is 5 feet and less than 100lbs wet) so over rude. came in, and they just seem to be standing around, not giving any concern in the world. I will not recommend this place to everyone, what so ever! I understand that this is only a job for some people, but if we are here, as paying customers, they should do much more, then f *g. how is jimmy johns?

Food is good and service is excellent. Definitely worth the visit.
