The service was very very bad!!! Brought us coffees cold with tea pot but no cup for tea, no teaspoons, forgot about our appetizer… just very very poor, not expected from Fairmont hotel!! Also, just noticed many other bad reviews and even after giving it a chance for a third time nothing has been done to improve the service. Also, food options on lunch menu could be improved.
