Eating out there and eating was really amazing. Got Mark and Heu and Ahi Tuna as the head. Very unique dishes and it is worth eating. Only complaint is how long it took to get the food on the table. We waited for dessert for more than half an hour, that was honestly just a sponge cake with whipped cream, but understandable because it was super busy. View all feedback.
What Donnie Kozey doesn't like about Tuc Craft Kitchen:
Was really looking forward to trying Virgils. The Memphis BBQ ribs were excellent. However, I was deeply disappointed with the Texas BBQ brisket. All I had was pieces of fat. Very little actual meat. View all feedback.
Wings was raw and ****, ribs was all fat and service was terrible.
We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible.
The ribs were not done enough in our opinion. Weren't fall off the bone quality. Flavor is good, just not cooked like I like.
Enjoyed the food and ambiance but the music downstairs was a little loud, could not hear my friends across the table from me!
I love Virgils BBQ. The food, services, waitresses, music, portion of food is great. People are friendly. The price of food is little expensive but over all experience is lots of fun
