I had some time to kill between appointments and decided to drop in to the Bellaggio Cafe for a light lunch as I was on my way to a wine festival. An woefully understaffed kitchen confounded the smiling servers and tremendously delayed orders causing a general feeling of discomfort and awkwardness amount restaurant patrons.
