What Donald Mak doesn't like about Bo Laksa King's Bubbles and Bits:
After hearing great reviews about their laksa, we decided to give this restaurant a try. However, we were left extremely disappointed. The laksa was flavorful and spicy, but it needed a bit more salt. The beef rendang was dry and overly salty. On the bright side, the pineapple fried rice was delicious. Unfortunately, the servers were young and inexperienced, and were not attentive. We had to ask twice for bowls and s... View all feedback. What Tony Joris likes about Bo Laksa King's Bubbles and Bits:
Had the Laksa, hainan chicken, and roti. Laksa was not too thick and nicely balanced, more on the spicier side but very flavourful. Hainan chicken was nicely marinated and nice flavour, sauce enhances the flavour of the chicken and rice. Roti was a really good appetizer, fluffy and crispy and the sauce added a nice little curry flavour, not too strong. View all feedback.

read moreLaksa King offers a mix of experiences according to customer reviews. While some diners found the decor and music reminiscent of a 1950s themed diner, the food itself fell short of expectations. Complaints included watery laksa and pad Thai lacking flavor depth. Vegan options were also questioned. However, other customers praised the flavorful laksa and friendly service at this family-operated restaurant. The tea leaf salad and unique dishes like drunken beef left a positive impression. Despite some mixed opinions, Laksa King seems to have loyal fans who appreciate the homestyle Southeast Asian cuisine and affordable prices.
