I have been to Chang'an twice both by invitation of friends who live in Vancouver. It's safe to say it's one of the best Chinese restaurant in Vancouver and that standard is very high due to the size of the Chinese community there. Filed with Asian diners which speaks to the authenticity. Great elegant decor, high end. The whole duck seemed to b the thing to order. Very typical Chinese. Hot and Sour soup for one person, $16!!!
