Went to the Cosy Inn Cafe for breakfast recently. My friend and I both had the Denver omelette special. The omlette had a ample amount of filling and the dish came with toast and hash browns. We both enjoyed the breakfast, tasted good, nothing fancy but would have it again. Service was good, pleasant staff. Their advertising calls the Cosy Inn a "Canadian-Chinese" restaurant. We went for an early dinner and were surprised by the variety of menu options and specials on the board.We had the Ginger Beef (menu) and a Chicken dish (special). Large general old school criminal. friendly service, good food, fairer price.
I've been in this family business with my children for years. generous portions, large taste, many menu options and excellent service. great to see that they survived in the pandemic.
This place goes to the level of effort to cut holes in take-out boxes so hot food can condensate and not get wet. You can tell the staff cares and it comes through in the taste.
