Years haven't been kind to Flying Wedge, once one of the city's best pizza providers, innovative, tasty product enjoyed so many times.I hadn't been into the Kitsilano location on Cornwall for some years now and dropped in on a whim yesterday.Wotta mistake!Appallingly poor pie, twas underdone, soggy crust, salty sauce, lacked depth, poor quality meat, a BAD coupla slices we tried two different ones, a pepperoni and a... One of Vancouver's original creative pizza shops, the Flying Wedge has become somewhat of an institution. The original location on Cornwall still presents a medium crust pizza with generous toppings.
