Los Cuervos was recommended me by a hostess at La Faux Borgeuois, it's about a half block up the street from Cuervos. The wait at Borgeuois was a bit too long for us, so she told us about this great Taco place that had just opened up and it was run by the same folks who own Borgeuois, so we figured why not give it a try!We got there and didn't expect much. Busy saturday evening scene. We were beside a 6+ person family with kids, but mostly adult patrons there. We were in the second room which was noticably warmer. Our table was wobbly and sticky. My tacos were medium size and tasty. I liked the tuna better than al pastor, which was too gristley for my liking. Sound level ok. Server attended well. No view of much.
