So after a month of travels in Asia and being spoiled with all the local delicacies we return home.. feeling that we need to get realistic in our eating habits we return to one of the local favorite vegetarian restaurants in town.. and they hit another home run..straw mushroom rice noodles .. turnip fried cakes and deep Fried taro View all feedback. This was our very first Chinese vegetarian experience when we stopped eating meat. We went for a light lunch just to check things out. We ordered wonton noodle soup, spring rolls, and loh bak goh. There was a very large group of buddhist monks eating in the restaurant which seemed to be a good sign.
