our first visit to saigon xua in yaletown. honored by a very polite host and sitting in a beautiful stand. the restaurant is quite large very modern very clean. our waitress katherine was very polite, has checked the menu with us and helped us choose beautiful items we enjoyed. very good service throughout the night. our starter shredded chicken salad was delicious. will be back for sure. What User doesn't like about Saigon Xua:
Service fell apart as soon as we walked in the door. Very unorganized and terrible table service. Orders were not written down when taken and had to be repeated multiple times. Staff seemed to talk to each other more than customers and was no connection between table staff, bar and kitchenS such a disappointing New Year’s Eve. View all feedback.
