Very good and full of flavours. This food truck was out in Abbotsford for the Fraser Valley food truck festival. There wasnt much in the way of selection. I did notice the chicken was preped well before hand, placed on a plate and stored below the counter and pulled out when an order came in. I 've been wanting to eat at Vij 's restaurant downtown so when I saw that Vij 's railway express food truck was coming to New Westminster street food fest I had to try it! I will admit I was quite disappointed. I ordered a type of chicken curry dish and although it tasted great I found the chicken was lacking.
