I really wanted to try their traditional pasta, but i was too full unfortunately... Monday morning in Water St. Cafe was quiet busy, so I decided to come back around 3pm which was their happy hour (I didn't expect that). I ordered a scotch and appetizer (clam) and they both were super cheap. Staffs and server were very friendly and kind, food was awesome, and the view was great!! View all feedback.

Well... great atmosphere, high price for we all felt was average food. Service was very good, we're seated immediately. Great bread and parmesan which were both an extra charge. Once again, nice atmosphere, great service but not likely to return. However, would suggest it could be worth your time to try. View all feedback.
