Come here every time I’m out by Gaylord, super friendly staff and great food

This tavern/restaurant is a little gem and we are glad we found it! the menu offers many great choices and took some time for decisions! my man had the cod special and he enjoyed his meal and thinks it could come a great Friday plan for weeks. I (finally) chose the chicken-dead and was not disappointed. a large portion makes two meals easy. the garlic bread was soou good. I will ask it with every future meal. the nice man waiting for us obviously knew everything about the restaurant and was incredibly busy, but managed to make it a great visit for us. we'll be back soon.

Perfect place to stop for a fast burger beer. our kiddos have been getting grilled ham cheese and have coveted with all the different animals with eye spores? not a children's menu, so they keep it in the sense of price design. the dame that our server/bartender/Koch was attentive, efficient and perfectly friendly. also the juke box is voice sensitive and they can request songs from their table?

Been here many time in the past. Have always gotten there EARLY on Friday and asked them to either bake , boil, steam of poach, anything but fry the fish. They have always done it in the past. This time they didn't want to do it. So be it. When you have to travel 10-20 miles one way for a dinner, next time I will go a different direction. The wife got the fish, fish sticks as it were. Very poor.. I asked about the soup and they had none only chili, so I asked about the low cal salad dressing for a salad and they had none so ended up with a cheese burger.. It was better than McDonalds, but was also twice the price. The kitchen has dropped the ball on this place. Bottle beer is bottle beer. Waitstaff was decent. If you are passing thru, stop in, Good luck.
