Here is how much I know about Djibouti cuisine: I like it, based on my visit to Maskali. The owner is friendly and very happy to explain the cuisine to newbies. I went with a bunch of coworkers for lunch; between us we probably sampled 4 different dishes and everyone walked away impressed.
