"Expectations were high, and they still impressed. Excellent food and wines. Wine pairings were particularly good compared with other fine dining experiences. Three top memorable things: -Best tomato based dish I every had. -The sauce with the rabbit was crazy good. -And the balance of the caramel at the end, super. The interiour slightly collided with the tradtitional kro exteriour, although it looked the part of a michellin place. Was perhaps expecting to see some more kro-hints inside the dining rooms as well."

"This hotel has a location second to none and offers tranquility and peace of mind with the sea and dunes right at hand . The staff is superfriendly and very service minded and attended to every need we had. The food served however does not live up to expectations although nearly 100% ecological, the gastronomic level never raised above the mediocre."
