"When Paul Cunnigham closed The Paul in Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, he had the intention to run a restaurant where all ingredients where local, the dishes were well tasting and not pretentious. he has always delivered. There were places in Copenhagen which had more stars or the title Best restaurant in the world , but if you want to have the best tasting meal Paul is the man. This has always been like this and i trust it will always be in the future. I think the man is a genius"

"Coffee 3/5 not the best one we had during our Denmark trip, but this Cafe seems to be the best option where to go for it in Esbjerg service 5/5 friendly and quick staff atmosphere 5/5 this place is simply fabulous, nicely furnished, very nice and cozy place to stay and enjoy free time (seems really good option in the summer as well)"
