"They act like this is a Michelin stared restaurant… it’s dog food. Avoid this place like the plague. The staff is super rude and treat customers like cattle. When you’re spending this kind of money on a meal the quality and service seen are simply unacceptable. I think the over crowded easy money atmosphere of Varenna has ruined what might have been a good restaurant at one time."

"Incredible food, lovely service and great atmosphere. We went for lunch and came back the same evening for dinner to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommend the lasagne, steak with green pepper sauce and the current special of pumpkin gnocchi. They also have a great selection of local and Italian wines. By far the best food we had in Lake Como."
