Good news! Management contacted our group. He explained the glitch and is working hard to insure they get things right for the future. My advice....... If you can, take the time and let them know while you're there. Four stars for being a stand up manager. What a difference a year makes. Very nice. Great Dj for karaoke on Thursday nights at 7. Good food, good service. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices.

"I've been here many times, as a young one, but now ten of them checked, if I can remember the experience enough! It could be a cliché Michigan, but it's famous for a reason! The food and the chicken is exceptional and incredibly delicious! If you are ever in the Frankenmuth area, it is practically a must and would highly recommend! Although not the cheapest option out there you get a lot of food for the price and it is all family style. All from butter noodles to vegetables to cranberries and even the bread with Michigan Jams are good and the chicken is very delicious."

"We have been there many times. This is the first time we were disappointed. The food was warm, not hot, and the waitress seemed distracted. She was warm, but not almost like our previous waitress and she didn't seem to remember are requests for more water, more cranberry relish. It wasn't very busy when we were there, so it was hard to understand what it took so long. We will definitely be back, maybe we were for a bad experience after all the wonderful ones we had."

"Had a good experience here for lunch over the weekend. We sat in their outdoor terrace and the mood was great. The place was quite busy, so they added us to their waiting list and called us when they had a table available. The food was good, our server, Shondi, was very friendly and the service was also quite fast. It doesn't matter to go back here!"
