I can't imagine how slow service would be here if it was busy. I had one person in front of me when I ordered and the restaurant was almost empty. I'm all for making sure my food is properly cooked but how can it take 15+ minutes to prepare a burger and fries? I have eaten at a few different locations of Heros and this particular location serves better burgers. The food seems to be prepared more carefully.
