I thought I wouldn 't blow out my birthday candle before midnight... An ultra long service: around 1 hour before receiving our aperitifs then 1h30 between aperitif and main course then 40 minutes between main course and dessert. A plate of hot Camembert sent back to the kitchen 3 times because the Camembert was cold and absolutely not smooth, as a result on the 3rd return I changed my order.
