mozzarella sticks were cold. pick up said it wasnt ready for another 10 minutes but when I picked it up it was sitting on the counter

"If i could give them 10 stars i would. my co workers and i eat here at least 2 times a week. we are on limited time so we always call in our order and its always ready on time. food is always fresh, bread is always super soft and fresh as well. very clean environment and all friendly faces working. the owner is always their making sandwiches as well. big deli style sandwiches you wont leave hungry. Definity recommend must go."
