"Good basic Andalusian food with their Ham, Eggs, and Fried Potatoes being the dish they are famous for. Most of the ingredient are locally grown/produced, so good fresh food with flavour. El Toro is pretty small and most of the tables are outside, with some across the road over the stream that runs through Santa Lucia. They open for breakfast at 9.30am and you can get a great breakfast of Ham, Eggs, Toast, Tomato, and Jam. Not open for dinner. The restaurant is extremely popular at weekends and it's not unusual to see a queue for tables on a Saturday Sunday. Arrive early or make a reservation. It's amazing that the tiny village of Santa Lucia actually has 3 restaurants! Fun local dining need to speak some Spanish."
