USUALLY I NEVER REVIEW RESTAURANTS BUT THIS TIME I HAVE TO, BASICALLY I WAS AT BLOOM AND I AM A TOURIST NOT A FLUENT SPANISH SPEAKER, A WAITRESS CAME TO OUR TABLE AND I SPOKE WITH HER IN ENGLISH, SHE NEVER ANSWER IF SHE KNOWS ENGLISH OR NOT.
