Very elegant, excellent food and pleasant personnel. Mostly enjoyed the exotic fruits salad and the biscolato shake. The waitress was really pleasant and very funny and made you feel at home, highly recommended and will defininetely visit again on my next business trip to Bucharest read more.

What Mehul J doesn't like about Flo Cafe:
Quite average. The place is not well lit at all. Feels very dull n depressing. Half the items are not available. Nachos are in a state of despair pathetic. But the mocktails n cheese balls are quite good. read more.
