It's all about the packaging and presentation. Basic products, dry bread, amazingly small portions (even for French standards). This is an excessively disappointing experience. To avoid by any means. View all feedback.
Rather disappointed by this restaurant. Upon arrival, we are asked what we don't like so that the chef can make his menu because it's the concept: we don't choose what we want. this concept could be very interesting if the kitchen was not just removing from its dish the elements that you don't like! Why would you ask us, just leave them in the corner of the plate? So the dishes are unbalanced and without interest. The dishes are minimalist, you are hungry when you get out and the price is very high compared to the contents of the plate (3 raw zucchini lamelles with 5 larges and an olive mixed in input !) a positive point for the fish with orange blossoms that was excellent with perfect cooking. But I'm not sure this restaurant deserves its star. we will not return there, there is much better in the region for the same price see less expensive.
Original concept: upon reservation, you are asked whether certain foods are unpleasant (or if you are allergic to it). You are thus assured not to find them in your plate, composed by the chief's ideas.The plates are very floral and the chosen flowers are perfectly blended with the dish. The meat that was offered to us (swine's part) was succulent. We note the multitude of flavors that each dish has.

We tested this restaurant with friends, we were pleasantly surprised by the concept. The dishes offered are original is a fact but I can't put a good note. Despite the fact that the price of the menu is correct, you do not have to look at the price of the bottle of wine, paid 60€ a bottle that you find at the winemaker's house just a few kms to 10€ I find it exaggerated. moreover we have a pork roast in the dish that missed a little too much cooking. the concept pays dearly.
