We have been to Busa alla Torre many, many times and the food is always excellent and the freshest available anywhere. The chef/owner, Gabriele Masiol-a/k/a Lele il Rosso makes sure each and every dish is perfect and as good as it can possibly be. My personal favorite is the Molecci tiny fried crabs.
