What Alex K doesn't like about Caffè La Serra:
Thought the location was beautiful and saw the high reviews so we stopped here. It took 10 minutes to get seated despite a lot of open tables but we initially wrote it off to staff being busy with orders. However, once we got seated it took 20 minutes for anyone to come over and for our order to even be taken. We ordered sandwiches and they were okay. Food came quickly after we ordered though. Cozy relaxed café. Not as crowded as some other places in Venice
Exceptional food, Super nice service, Super calm and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely check the cheesecake!
