"I suppose it's the elegantly good place of Ventotene... We had dinner in a dehor with classic equipment, there was no sea view but I noticed that in the interior of the restaurant there was a veranda overlooking Ponza. Apart from the absence of the view... everything perfect. Friendly and solert staff. Great menu with really delicious and well organized dishes. sumptuous fish and abundant portions without losing in the goth and validity of the raw material. We were in bedbugs and friends. We got everything: I'll pack to the gallinella top.Brush flower with delicious Alice. Linguina at the axe idem.Crudo di ricciola con capperi e fennel, marinated anchovies, squid fried, steamed shrimp... really all very good. Fresh bread basket with variations. Good wine charter. we tasted a local swan, Pantadera...more expensive than I supposed but good! If I have to find a flaw...mal orchestrated the selection of sweets: little choice and however not able to satisfy all the goits. What I took was delicious, anyway. a semi-cold at the pistachio, very pistachio and little creamy. To be a bar-pasticceria could also deepen the dessert sector or, at least if required, cantucci or dry biscuits.... To go where you visit Ventotene."

"Great setting in the old marina. If you come by a boat you can literally step into the restaurant from aboard. Service is nice but they don't speak English...except the owner who is quite fluent in English and is super nice and welcoming. Food is very good but an absolute hit are their cakes...fantastic!!! Try especially ricotta with pears. Net, five stars for an unexpectedly great experience!"

"We found Benito's while searching for my friend's ancestors on this magical little island. What a discovery! There is a large open barbecue where they grill the freshest fish you've ever tasted, and the antipasti and pastas were fantastic as well. The family take great pride in this well run restaurant and it shows in every dish you receive. But the best part if all was meeting and talking with 85 year old Benito who is as young as any man half his age! Go and enjoy this fabulous restaurant. It's like dying and going to food heaven."

"For a frisella with tomato and anchovies and a small dish of octopus and potatoes we paid 75 euros. The owner continually tried to see things for us so we had a glass of wine (a glass of very common falanghina 10 euros) ... the quality of the Mediocre food... the table is on the square but not even with a sea view"

"Me and two friends, passing to Ventotene, we were looking for a 'easy' place to eat and drink something, and it didn't cost too much. Attracted by the price we were pleasantly amazed. First of all excellent craft beer, delicious fried anchovies and fried zucchini flowers, then onion rings of Ventotene with mayonnaise to basil and a caponatina. All accompanied by a focaccia made by them. Some shared dishes taken individually we spent 15 euros and we got up satisfied. We ate outside, under the pergola overlooking the square. Nienta to excel."
