This is a fun looking Mexican Restaurant in the Ventura Harbor Village shopping center. Once you get inside you can see that the place has not been painted in a while and looks unkempt. I had a steak and a fish taco. The steak taco was a bit dry and very small pieces of meat so was just ok. The fish taco was very flavorful and included large chunks of lightly breaded fish.
