Always great fresh heathy quality food and great customer service at (7) of the locations I?ve been to. Urbane truly sets the bar/standard and meets all my expectations each time. What Robert Greene doesn't like about Urbane Cafe:
I am at the urban Café near Southwest Airlines in the Sacramento international Airport. The service is horrendous! I spent over 45 minutes, yes I said 45 minutes, waiting for two egg selections. If the cook was any slower she would be working backwards. Adding insult to injury, when we finally got the orders they were wrong. I can?t believe I spent over $25 for this insult. "Nice outdoor ambiance, but no special view. Attentive service. Food was good to very good. Two of us had the special which was halibut and it was very good. One had a salad which was “healthy” but not the best. We all thought it was a bit overpriced but still somewhere we’d go occasionally. We did enjoy it!"
