I've been checking Chili's for a while, last Tuesday, late afternoon we tried. In the middle of the week, only 4 or 5 tables. My wife ordered the rib, I ordered the baked chicken pieces and my sister in the law a big salad. They seemed well occupied, but the food was slow.
