"We were in Cuneo for a Family visit a little further away. The Hotel suggested we walk, that there was plenty open. Sunday night). We happened in to 5 Sensi, and although not having a reservation, and my having no Italian, were warmly welcomed....The food was a completely unexpected and overwhelmingly excellent experience. The young man who brought the food explained each dish, being very proud of the fact that the food was all regional. He brought my Husband a glass of an excellent regional wine. We dined like Kings and Queens. I would return to Cuneo simply to eat here, about 4 or 5 nights in a row, so I could taste everything they make. Perfect."

"At one end of town is the caffé San Sebastian. The place is very nice and next to your drinks you get a collection of small aperitifs. Beer prices are higher but the nice aperitifs equal them."
