Great ice cream. Highly recommended. We drive all the way from Mount Prospect to come here. My only suggestion would be to work on staff being more present/visible. Staff are often hard to hear behind the massive plexiglass barrier, and after done with orders, they go to the back room. View all feedback.
What Will Madansky doesn't like about Milkcow Cafe:
worst service ive ever experienced, these scammers made me pay 5 dollars for boba with no tapioca,even though i asked, and it taste like regular 2% milk. scammers View all feedback.
Taro milktea doesn't taste anything it's like water with tapioca. Very disapointing.
