"This was an absolutely wonderful restaurant. We just found it online and decided to try it. It has a fun environment with a table shuffle board and other fun wooden games and wooden brain puzzles to bring to your table and play. The combinations of calzones and mac cheese were very creative and delicious. And they had amazing customer service! "I love their quality of bread, but this is not enough if a service for customers. This review refers to their customer service quality, I would give it a zero. I called on Wednesday 3 May at 4am and a very rude lady answer to the phone that showed a lot of attitude. I wish I had asked her name because she shouldn't work in customer service if she is not willing to treat customers with respect. I can understand if she had a bad day, but because of her actions customers can turn away. Quality of products and services for the customer goes hand in hand. Please train the staff better, your business deserves it."

"Not sure what the hype is with this place. Had a horrible experience about a year ago but hated to judge it off of one visit. Tried it again last week and the food is mediocre at best. Pizza is crunchy and dry, try throwing some sauce on it. The service is spotty and the atmosphere is bland. Peanut shells everywhere so you just crunch your way to the booth. So overrated. Sorry, I hate providing negative reviews."
