I usually stop by this location on my way to work. The last time I ordered a triple iced espresso with 2% milk I asked for a little extra milk and the woman barista said I would have to pay for a latte and denied me of the request. Starbucks is known to ensure that customers get their requests. Luckily I didn’t go back in there to just request for another drink since my drink initially wasn’t even made correctly View all feedback.

Bad service today. My Mocha frappe did had enough whip cream and it's second time they do this to me. there a lot of brown spots. Other starbucks add enough whip cream on my Mocha frappe. it's guy with black beard that makes the mocha frappe’s. He works at night. I hope you fix this problem and they did not do very good job.
