"5 stars every time. I was stayed home for work today, needed some comfort food skipped the Fig over. Blindly orderered a soup of the day, and a sammy. Of course the soup ended up being the most amazing chili ever. Best self care day!"

"We found this little restaurant on the way to Nakusp. What a wonderful find. Not the biggest sign, and we could have just come by. On the highway. We ordered and found a distancing table on the back and brought our breakfast...wrap, hot and delicious, very good coffee and excellent service. We're coming back..."

"We absolutely LOVE this place! This sushi is inventive, fresh and always great. I have tried pretty much half of the menu (not in one sitting) and have never been disappointed. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and have never steered us wrong. You can even sit and watch them make your food at the serving bar. Highly recommended."

"This family business is exceptional. The food preparation and freshness of the various dishes we ordered were the second. Both my wife and I experienced a gastronomic pleasure (which unfortunately becomes a rare experience in this fast food-cockoff world). I personally... have eaten fine food in Sapporo and Tokyo during my travels and this facility is the real deal Japanese cuisine pleasure. We will definitely make plans for future trips to the area to this restaurant. For those looking for a great Japanese food adventure, this is the place."

"A lovely place with delicious food and amazing staff! We received outstanding service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Our meals were very tasty and the portion sizes were generous. Great atmosphere as well, very cozy and we got to enjoy some live music while we dined. "I got the Deluxe Ramen and added the dragon spice. It was FANTASTIC. Highly, highly recommend if you like spicy food. My mom got the Super Ramen and while it was very tasty it was incredibly salty. That would be my only complaint. We definitely will go back but I think I would order the broth with 1/4 of the salt if possible next time!"
