I came to your drive-thru 10 minutes before closing. Chicken was made fresh to order and they apologized for my wait with a dessert. Great customer service. I’ve been here maybe 5 times since it opened. Not exaggerating, there’s been a mistake with my order every time. Forgetting a side, a sauce, less chicken than I paid for. The drive through takes a minimum of 10 minutes to get through and the chicken isn’t fresh anyways when I do. Popeyes chicken is so good though, that even when bad it’s good. So I keep returning.
